The summer transfer window continues to see significant activity, with several prominent players linked to moves across European clubs. Among them, Bradley Barcola, Vinicius Jr, and Bruno Guimaraes are drawing considerable attention from top teams.
Paris St-Germain is reportedly seeking a substantial fee for France forward Bradley Barcola. The club is said to be demanding £145m for the 23-year-old, with Arsenal and Liverpool showing interest. According to one report, Liverpool is actively working to reach an agreement with Paris St-Germain for Barcola. The player has reportedly indicated that he does not wish to sign a new contract with the European champions and is open to joining Liverpool.
Barcola still has two years remaining on his current deal with Paris St-Germain, but the club is considering his sale. Liverpool has maintained a long-standing interest in the winger, viewing him as a suitable fit for Andoni Iraola’s style of play, especially following Mohamed Salah’s departure. The asking price for Barcola is reportedly a reflection of his age, potential, and current market values, though Liverpool is expected to negotiate this figure. Other clubs, including Arsenal and Bayern Munich, also retain an interest, and Chelsea made enquiries earlier in the summer. Barcola is reportedly keen to speak with Liverpool if a deal can be finalised with Paris St-Germain.
Barcola is not a regular starter for Luis Enrique’s Paris St-Germain side, which has contributed to his desire to explore new opportunities. Paris St-Germain had been pursuing RB Leipzig’s Yan Diomande, a move that would have further impacted Barcola’s position. However, Real Madrid is now reportedly set to secure the Ivory Coast international. Liverpool had also seen an £85m proposal for Diomande rejected, but Barcola has remained a key target for the club.
Vinicius Jr and Guimaraes in the Spotlight
In other transfer news, Arsenal has not initiated talks regarding the signing of Brazil forward Vinicius Jr. However, Real Madrid has reportedly set a price of 160m euros (£137m) for the 26-year-old this summer. Arsenal is reportedly prepared to offer Vinicius the largest contract in the club’s history. Despite this, Vinicius’ priority is reportedly to sign a new deal at Real Madrid, where he has one year remaining on his current contract. Arsenal is also exploring the possibility of signing Julian Alvarez, which could further influence their transfer strategy.

Meanwhile, Arsenal is set to accelerate talks for Newcastle’s 28-year-old Brazil midfielder Bruno Guimaraes. Guimaraes has reportedly informed his representatives that he wants his future resolved within the next week, prior to rejoining Newcastle for their pre-season training camp.
Other Notable Transfer Rumours
Beyond these high-profile players, several other transfers are being discussed. Tottenham is considered a favourite to sign Brazil winger Savinho, 22, from Manchester City. Real Madrid has reportedly reached personal terms with RB Leipzig’s 19-year-old Ivory Coast winger Yan Diomande. Al-Hilal has opened talks to sign Senegal winger Iliman Ndiaye, 26, from Everton.
Chelsea is expected to demand a significant fee for Portugal winger Pedro Neto, 26, amidst interest from Liverpool, Manchester City, and Saudi Arabian teams. Besiktas is awaiting a decision from Egypt forward Mohamed Salah, 34, after submitting their final offer. Salah is currently a free agent after his departure from Liverpool.
Bournemouth is reportedly not looking to sell 20-year-old French striker Junior Kroupi, despite interest from Barcelona. Fulham is considered a leading option for 18-year-old Argentina midfielder Franco Mastantuono if Real Madrid decides to send him on loan next season. Additionally, Juventus is working on a deal to sign Netherlands forward Joshua Zirkzee, 25, from Manchester United. Portugal midfielder Joao Palhinha, 31, reportedly wishes to fight for his place at Bayern Munich, though the club is looking to sell him.
