The NEET admit card 2026 will be available for download starting April 26, 2026. The National Testing Agency (NTA) warns candidates about misinformation and fraud surrounding this critical medical entrance exam.
Scheduled for May 3, 2026, the NEET UG examination will take place in a single shift from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must bring a printed copy of their admit card to the exam center; digital versions won’t suffice.
The admit card contains essential details—like the examination center address, roll number, and application number—along with vital exam day instructions. “Candidates are advised to go through the instructions contained therein as well as in the Information Bulletin,” an NTA spokesperson stated.
As part of their preparation, candidates should verify their personal information and exam details on the admit card upon downloading it. This includes ensuring that their name, roll number, and other specifics are correct. NTA emphasizes that strict legal action will be taken against those spreading false information about leaked NEET question papers.
“Beware of fraudsters,” the NTA cautioned, urging students to remain vigilant. The agency remains committed to conducting examinations that are free, fair, and transparent.
In a related update, city intimation slips have already been released to candidates. A remarkable 99.2% of candidates received their first-choice city for the examination—indicating efficient planning by the NTA.
To successfully download their admit cards, candidates need to enter their application number along with their date of birth or password. They should also carry valid government photo identification and passport-sized photographs on exam day.
As the exam date approaches, candidates are encouraged to review all details carefully after downloading their admit cards. With just days left until they face this pivotal moment in their medical careers, clarity and preparation become paramount.
