UPSC Releases CSE 2025 Marksheet
In a significant development, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the marksheets of recommended candidates for the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025 on March 10, 2026. This announcement provides insights into the performance of candidates who aspire to serve in prestigious roles such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Indian Foreign Service (IFS).
According to the released data, a total of 958 candidates have been recommended for appointment in the UPSC CSE 2025 cycle. The final merit ranking for these candidates is determined by their combined marks from the Mains Examination and the Personality Test, which reflects the rigorous selection process upheld by the UPSC.
The total maximum marks for the UPSC CSE 2025 is 2025, comprising 1750 marks for the Written Examination (Mains) and 275 marks for the Personality Test (Interview). This structure ensures a comprehensive evaluation of candidates’ knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Anuj Agnihotri emerged as the top candidate, securing All India Rank 1 (AIR 1) with a total score of 1071 marks. His performance included 867 marks in the Written Examination and 204 marks in the Personality Test.
