The couple, who married in a traditional ceremony in 2023, announced their pregnancy on their second wedding anniversary in 2025. Their journey to parenthood has not been without challenges, as they experienced a miscarriage prior to the birth of their daughter.

The couple’s wedding featured traditional Meitei rituals, highlighting their cultural heritage. They had been dating for several years before making their relationship official on Instagram in 2022.
