Users in India also reported issues, with around 250 complaints noted at the time of data collection. In the UK, approximately 170 users reported similar problems.

The whole thing is just broken right now.” Another user remarked, “Is Instagram down? I can’t reply to my friend,” highlighting the impact on personal communications.
